This page sets out the terms and conditions for using The Brainbox² learner website (thebrainboxx.com/app), as well as our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
The Brainbox² (Brainboxx Wiskunde), Meyerton, Gauteng, offers extra mathematics classes for Grade 1 to 12. Enrolled learners get access to our website app with weekly worksheets, memos, quizzes and feedback from staff.
Learner accounts are created by our staff at enrolment. Login details are personal and may not be shared. All content on the website (worksheets, memos, quizzes) is the copyright of The Brainbox² and is for the enrolled learner's own use only — it may not be distributed or resold.
Access to the Brainboxx website is available for a monthly subscription fee, payable in advance via PayFast: R100 per month until the end of October 2026 (launch price), and R150 per month from November 2026. The fee is charged automatically each month until the subscription is cancelled. Fees for the classes themselves are arranged separately — contact us for pricing.
Members may cancel their website subscription at any time — via PayFast, or by contacting us using the details below. After cancellation, the learner keeps access until the end of the period already paid for; access then ends. No further fees are charged after cancellation.
All payments for access to the website are non-refundable. Cancellation stops future payments, but payments already made are not refunded — including partial refunds for the remainder of a month.
By signing up for a Brainboxx website subscription and paying the monthly fee, the user (or, for a minor learner, their parent/guardian) confirms that these terms and the Cancellation and Refund Policy have been read, understood and accepted.
